About the project

A full information system for the Digisemestr education program, built by merging two apps into one.

It covers the entire student and alumni lifecycle: a public site with applications, online sales and invoicing (card via Stripe, bank transfer via an iDoklad proforma, VAT handling), plus an admin dashboard for applications, people, lecturers, and cohorts.

The other half is an alumni portal for 2,000+ graduates across ten cohorts (2015 to 2025): a video archive with timestamps, downloadable "rich notes", search across a cohort, certificates, discounted access to additional cohorts, and free Saturday reservations.

The whole thing was vibe coded in Claude Code in roughly 50 to 60 hours. There's a separate case study about building it and the role vibe coding played.

See how it works

What you get

  • One system instead of paid CRM, invoicing, and video hosting.
  • Covers the whole business, from application to alumni.
  • 2,000+ graduates have videos, notes, and certificates in one place.
  • Proof that vibe coding can run a production system.

How it works (under the hood)

  • Applications, sales, and invoicing (Stripe + iDoklad, VAT).
  • Admin for applications, people, lecturers, and cohorts.
  • Portal: videos (Mux), notes, search, certificates.
  • Next.js + Supabase, ~50 to 60 h in Claude Code.

How it looks

Search across a cohort in the alumni portal
Archive of Saturday recordings with timestamps
Reservations and guide for the Saturday meetups
Downloadable rich notes from the talks
Reporting a bug directly in the portal
